  • Removal of plate covers
  • Tape baseboards
  • Fill Wall and ceiling cracks
  • Scrape, patch and sand walls
  • Re-inspect and patch walls as necessary
  • Scrape and sand rough areas
  • Sand glossy surfaces and trim
  • Cut and roll
  • Clean up and vacuum work areas

Exterior Painting Process:

  • Power Wash
  • Protect all necessary areas with drop cloths.
  • Scrape
  • Caulk
  • Prime bare wood areas
  • Mask
  • Spray
  • Clean up paint residue and debris
